Payment Methods

We accept all major debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay. 

Shipping Policy

We use USPS for shipping domesticly and UPS or Ascendia for internationally. We are based in California and ship out on business days (Monday - Friday), unless there is a Holiday. Products shipping times will vary.

Domestic Customers (mailing addres in the US): BallSquad Shop is not respsonsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address, or missing Unit/Apartment number. Once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer in our control. Contact United States Postal Services for any issues via 1-800-275-8777 or visit your local USPS Office.

International Customers (mailing address outside the US): You are responsible for any CUSTOMS FEES, DUTY FEES, IMPORT FEES by your country are not included in your order total and/or additional shipping fees. We do not have the ability to provide the fees to the website. If you do not pay your fees, items you have purchased will be sent back us and no refunds will be given.​​

Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or gift items. ​

Refund Policy

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please Note: This all products is brand new & factory sealed. In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any trading card games.
